On October 23, 2021, we lost a loving, kind and giving spirit as Laura Alice Rowell passed away at the age of 63 surrounded by her family in Wilmington, DE. She was born in Tampa, FL on December 31, 1957 and lived a full and rewarding life. Laura graduated from the University of Florida in 1980 where she was a devoted member of the Phi Mu fraternity. She worked with many organizations throughout her career and was known as a true global leader on packaging sustainability, helping to create a number of organizations and regulatory standards. She had recently begun the next chapter of her life as she retired from the corporate world and started her consulting career to continue sharing her knowledge and passion for sustainable packaging.To honor and celebrate Laura, we're hosting a celebration of life on Saturday April 23rd from 11:00 to 3:00 at the Buzz Ware Village Center located at 2119 The Highway, Arden, DE 19810.
