Chad graduated from Weber High school in 1985 where he was active in wrestling and Jr. Posse.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Chad was employed by Herrick Industrial Supply for 18 years.

On March 16, 1996, Chad married Angie Petersen. His proudest moment was August 1, 1996, when their daughter, Jordyn was born.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his horses, roping at Kosoff''s and rodeos. He had a great love for his dogs, Bandit, Bullet, Sammy and Pepper. He had a great time at family/friend get-togethers, so much that he never wanted to leave, especially Friday nights.

Chad is survived by his wife, Angie, daughter, Jordyn, both of Taylor; mother and step-father, Bill and Jan Junk, Pleasant View; sister, Trisha (Judd) Wilstead, Riverton; in-laws, Gary and Cheri Petersen, North Ogden; and a special cousin, Sean Lambert and many other friends and family members including his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce L. Chandler.

The family would like to express their sincere love and appreciation to all of those who helped care for Chad and made it possible for him to remain at home. A special thanks to Vista Care Hospice. No matter how his day was when you asked, "How ya doin'' Chad?" He always replied, "GOOD".
