Suzanne "Suzy" Orton VIEW PROFILE

Suzanne Suzy Orton

Suzy was such a giving and caring soul. She loved her dogs as they were her children and she enjoyed any opportunity to spend time with her family (especially her nieces and nephews, who all loved her because she spoiled them with love and she was more than an aunt, she was their friend too). Suzy loved her quiet time as well, either taking her dogs on a walk, sitting in her backyard, going for drives, or whatever it was. Suzy worked hard over the years at Weber State at the Dee Events Center while going to school to get her degrees and certifying in several different medical technology. Suzy was always a great friend and was there for whoever needed her, even if she didn't know them. However, she was incredibally humble and did not want any praise or acknowledgement she deserved. She had a tender heart and when those she loved were hurting, she would hurt too. She had an awesome sense of humor and loved to make others laugh and loved to laugh herself. She was quick to smile and her smile definitely lit the room. She was a member of the LDS church and held several positions over the years. I'll always remember Suzy for her willingness to listen and she never judged anyone. She was the first to stand up for those who could not defend or speak for themselves. I miss her so much and I wish I had seen her more often. She was a true friend and an incredible example to me. She was definitely a true friend and a treasure.
