Michael Lee Murphy

NORTH OGDEN ??" Michael Lee Murphy was born October 24, 1966 in Denver, Colorado to Ken and Jean Murphy. He died July 24, 2009 at Ogden Reg. Hospital surrounded by his family. 

He attended Weber High School and graduated from Canyon View in 1985. He married Janet Nickell. They were later divorced. Together they had one daughter Halie and she gave them a granddaughter Kambrie.

He had a wonderful talent for making people laugh and a real gift of listening. When he was younger he loved to ski and hunt and fish. He loved to tinker with wiring and was always buying or swapping car stereos and speakers. Mike and Halie had a very special bond and enjoyed going to yard sales and just hanging out.

He also loved his time with his girlfriend Kolette Pebley. They spent every moment together and loved each other totally. 

We will all miss him so much but take comfort in knowing he is out of pain and we are sure he is running free and playing with his dog Ryleigh who he had to put to sleep last year.
