Bill passed away on July 15th.  He had a stroke in June, 2020 and even though confined to a wheelchair he never  lost his wonderful laugh and infectious smile.  He was able to talk until shortly before he passed away. He kept in touch through weekly Zoom get togethers.  Many a laugh and so many menories were shared over the past 3 years.
