Jim Willis

I've recently retired after 40 years of ordained ministry as a pastor with the United Church of Christ and now live in the wilds of the Sumter National Forest, having just completed building my dream house in the woods. I've also been a college professor, teaching world religions and instrumental music, a carpenter, musician, and writer. Despite Mrs. Grillo's low estimation of my writing ability, my seventh book was published in December of 2013, which just proves that she was able to teach me some good stuff after all. I've bicycled across the country from west to east and south to north and been a triathlete for 30 years. I've completed the Boston marathon, hiked much of the Appalachian Trail and hunted and fished more than the average guy should be allowed. It's been fun!
