Vickie died on December 16, 2010. She lived in Largo, Florida. Two children: Mark Vigue (Largo) and Tracie White (Clearwater) and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael (2004). Vickie was a letter carrier with the US Postal Service in Seminole, FL for many years. If you have a fond memory or PHS story about Vickie, please post it below. Thanks!
My first recollection of Vickie was through Rainbow Girls during high school. I believe she was Worthy Advisor when I joined or shortly thereafter. She was graceful, reverent, and an inspiration. I tried hard to get to be WA, but joined too late to get "up the chairs" before graduation. She helped me through that disappointment. She was also a good friend and fun at slumber parties.
Although I never got to know Vickie very well, I recall her quiet, sweet, and gentle nature. As I was rather shy as a kid, she and I tended to resonate.Only at the last reunion did we get to know each other a little better...she was a sweet and gentle soul who I'll miss...
