Memorial Service for John Aaron Boyd
A memorial service will be held for John Aaron Boyd, Pomona High School class of ‘71, on Saturday August 24, 2019, 10:00 a.m.
@Todd Memorial Chapel, 570 North Garey Ave. Pomona, CA 91767
We received news that John Boyd died in late July, 2019. We are awaiting details on his death.

Hi John,
Thank you so much for signing up for the PHS Class of 1971 website. I’m glad to see you have enjoyed your high school teaching career. I’m sorry to read that you are a widow. My husband died 8 years ago but I am happy to say that I am a 65-year-old newlywed!

Virginia was my soulmate. Although she passed away in 2002 from Sickle cell anemia I am still inspired by her courage, compassion, and appreciation to life itself. With her I accomplished miracles. We didn't always win, but what we did still amaze me today.
I hope you count your time with your husband in a similar way. God is good at all times. Thank you for allowing me to express my love for my Virginia.
