Glenn E. Cross

Glenn E. Cross of Pomona, died January 18, 2004, at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Glenn was born January 15, 1953 in Pomona and had been a lifelong resident of Pomona. He was a beloved husband, son, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle who faithfully served the Lord, his family, and his fellow man with a loving heart and tireless devotion. Glenn was deeply committed in his personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Glenn, who worked as a general contractor for over 20 years, was well known for his excellence in craftsmanship. He will be lovingly remembered as a man of integrity, compassion and loyalty. Though he will be deeply missed by his family and many friends we are comforted in the knowledge that he is resting in the arms of Jesus. Glenn is survived by his wife, Beverly; mother, Patricia Cross of Pomona; a brother and sister-in-law, Gregg and Edith Cross of Pomona; his nephews, Joshua and David Cross both of Pomona; brother-in-law, William Paul Pepper of Walnut; and niece, Carol Ann Rice Pepper of Apple Valley. Friends may call at Todd Memorial Chapel, Pomona today from 4 to 8 p.m. Services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 24 at Calvary Chapel of the Chino Valley. Private committal will be made. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be made to the Missions Ministry of Calvary Chapel of the Chino Valley, 12205 Pipeline Ave., Chino, Calif. 91710. Todd Memorial Chapel, Pomona, is in charge of arrangements.
