Frank was born 8-31-1953 and died on Thanksgiving, November 28, 1988, at age 35.
Frank was a friend to many and always willing to help those in need. He had artistic talents and loved to help people with their home improvements. He had a very large diverse circle of friends of all ages. After graduation from Pomona High he attended San Diego State University. Upon graduation he obtained teaching positions within the San Diego School District. He was respected by colleagues and students and their parents. After completing his Master Degree he assumed increasingly responsible positions within San Diego School District. After a courageous battle with AIDS in the early years he passed away in November 1988. He is sorely missed by family and friends and the family would like you all to know he's wishing you a Great Evening at the reunion.

Joan Moeckel (Lebow)
Lynn, you may remember that I lived down the street, and around the corner, on Columbia. My name is Joan Moeckel. I have wonderful and vivid fond memories of Frank, all during grade school and junior high. He had a wicked sense of humor. When we got to high school I wasn't as good a friend to him as I wish I had been, I knew he was in a tough situation with the prejudice he faced. I hope your memories of him have helped you and your family cope with his loss. Be well.
