Georgia passed away on March 2, 2026 after several years fighting cancer. After Steve's passing in May 2024, Georgia sold their home in Wind River and moved to a retirement apartment in Vancouver. Good memories, old and in recent years, with her and Steve.
I also went to grade school with Georgia. She was one of my best friends in 8th grade and a great friend in high school. She was always happy and a lot of fun. I have very fond memories of her. So sorry for her loss, she was a wonderful person. Sally Walker Champlin
I remember Georgia in grade school. She was the most popular girl. She certainly was vivacious. Back then, I wanted to be just like her. I imagine she had a wonderful life and my memories of her are lovely.
