Barry "Dusty" Burks departed his life February 12, 2004. He leaves to Cherish his memories: one daughter, Pamela Burks and one son, Barry Burks Jr., four sisters, Emma Ruth Warner, Marietta B. Thornton, Frances L. Jones and Louise Johnson; three brothers, Matthew Burks, James David Burks and Sherman Lionell Burks; two uncles, Johnnie Wilson and Ernest Hill;a very special friend of the family, Carolyn Devine and a host of neices, nephews, other relatives and friends. Homegoing Celebration for Barry was held on February 21, 2004 at First Baptist Church in Port Gibson, MS.
