Friends - Just got word that Bill Devlin died of cancer but no details. If any of you know anything about Bill that I could add to our site, that would be great.
William Joseph Devlin
October 12, 1948 - September 7, 2015
William Joseph Devlin passed away peacefully, Monday, September 7th, 2015, at the VA Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV. He is survived by his wife, of 45 years, Vivian; two sons, William (Carla), Benjamin (Windy); 5 grandchildren, Kristina, Stephanie, Jasmin, Abbigail, and Emmalynn; great grandson Wesley and his siblings, Sharon, Barbara, Judith, Patrick, Sara Jane and Edward.
Bill joins his parents in heaven, William and Sara(Brunner) Devlin along with his brothers, William T., Joseph T., and David.
Bill joined the U.S. Air Force in 1966 as a Jet Engine Mechanic and served as an Advisor during the Vietnam War. He earned the National Defense Service Medal and Air Force Good Conduct Medal before his honorable discharge in 1970.
Services will be at 12:40 p.m. Monday, September 28, at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd, Boulder City, NV. 89005

Bill was the ultimate tease in grade school. He would always tell me that he was older than me....(by 1day!) And that he got his birthday off from school (Columbus Day).....! (Remember that one) and that I always had school on my birthday. (Ha). He also liked to dance at those sweaty grade school mixers in the cafeteria.
