Courtney Ann Smith, 35, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away on Nov. 25, 2010. She was born on Aug. 24, 1975, to Fred and Sheila Smith.

Courtney, who loved to cook, was spending the holiday at her parent's house to help prepare the dinner for her parents and children. Her biggest love was her two children.

Courtney had several jobs in the Prescott area and made numerous friends. For a year and a half she was the office manager for Jackson Enterprises, a company that distributed naturopathic medicines. She also worked for the County Attorney's Office, the Clerk of the Court and attorney David L. Lange.

Courtney resided in Prescott for 27 years and attended Prescott schools and was proud to receive her GED in 1993.

Survivors include her parents, Fred and Sheila Smith; children Dillon, age 14, and Mara, age 4; and a stepbrother, Trey Smith of Pearland, Texas.

Services for Courtney will be announced at a later date.

Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
