Anna Chavez became very ill, went to the doctor and he prescribed a few different meds and to everyone's shock she had an adverse reaction to the combination.

Our beloved daughter and mother, Anna Marie Chavez, age 29, left the warm embrace of her family and friends and joined her divine creator in a heavenly paradise on March 15, 2003.

Born Sept. 24, 1973 in Price to Danny L. Chavez and Esther Martinez. She married Jesus Rodriguez.

Anna's greatest love in life was her two daughters and her family, and the time they spent together. She enjoyed reading, dancing and listening to music. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

She is survived by loving daughters, Chantelle and Briann Chavez, both of Carbonville.
