Jade Lynn O'Neil, age 35, passed away Aug. 13, 2009 in Price. He was born Aug. 29, 1973 in Price, Utah to Richard Lynn and Cindy Jean Miller O'Neil. Married Kathy Jo Martinez, June 19, 1993 in Price, Utah; they later divorced.

Jade was a lifelong resident of Carbon County. He was a graduate of Carbon High School Class of 1991 and a member of the CHS Band. In 1993, he graduated from the College of Eastern Utah with his Associate of Science.

Jade was an accomplished machinist in the mining industry and a gifted and creative mechanic who could fix just about anything. He spent countless hours building his own jeep, and he cherished every hour and weekend that he spent with his son, daughter and father rock-crawling. He enjoyed camping, riding dirt bikes, and just being outdoors.

Jade loved his children deeply. His family, friends, those he grew up with, and those he worked with were all very dear to him. "We Love You Jade".

Jade is survived by his children, Colton and Valery O'Neil.
