Shelley J. Christensen, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2005 at home.

Born March 28, 1973 in Pocatello, Idaho, to Jim and Katherine Smith Kern. Married Steven C. Christensen in Price on May 20, 1994.

Shelley was dedicated to her profession and enjoyed working at West Jordan Medical Center. She was a graduate of Carbon High School and College of Eastern Utah. She graduated from Salt Lake Community College with honors.

Her family was closest to her heart. Survived by her husband, Steven C. Christensen; daughter, Kayla Jean Christensen, both of Salt Lake City.
