I hope this isn't too stalkerish, but I noticed that the current (as of 2020) Senate Office of Legislative Counsel Deputy Counsel is listed as "Elizabeth Aldridge King", and that, tracking back to 1997, at that point, one of the Assistant Counsels was "J. Elizabeth Aldridge".  Could this be our Liz?  Or just a co-incidence in names?  Coincidences do happen -- there is a Donna Barr who is a cartoonist who is not ours.
