Anthony "Tony" Foeller, 32, formerly of Prior Lake, died Tuesday, November 6, 2003.

Tony was born on July 30, 1971 in Minneapolis to Eugene Robert and Judith Ann (Rozanski) Foeller.  He grew up and attended school in Prior Lake, graduating in 1989.  Tony lost his parents in a car accident in 1995.  In 1996 he graduated from South Central Technical College in Mankato.  He later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he lived for two years while attending Harley Davidson Mechanic School.  A disabling motorcycle accident shortened his time in Phoenix, and he moved to New Richland, MN.  He put his passion for art into tatooing and longed for another ride on his Harley.

Tony is survived by his paternal grandmother, Mary C. Foeller of New Richland; brother, Eugene (Judy) Foeller, Jr. of Savage; sister Patricia (Charles) Kienlen of rural St. Peter; five nieces; one nephew; many uncles; one aunt; many cousins.  Tony will be greatly missed by his friends, Joe White and family, Corey Bremer and family, and by Ashley, Kathy, Ray, Lowell and Kay, his extended family.

Besides his parents, Tony was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandfathers; his maternal grandmother; and his great-grandparents.
