Ladies, I wish you had seen Frank in his Annapolis whites! He looked so trim and handsome! I was so sorry to learn a few years ago, from his son, that he passed away in his 40's. He was very bright and had a lot of potential. It makes me sad when I come across names on the list of my old Hope High friends only to find out they aren't with us anymore.
