Sherri Wolsey, age 45, died unexpectedly on October 15, 2006 after a long illness. She was born January 31, 1961 in Provo, Utah to Robert and Lyle Sharp Wolsey. Sherri grew up in Provo, and graduated from Provo High in 1979.

Survived by her three children and seven grandchildren: Angie (Jason) Peterson, Matthew (Cindy) Humes, and Dustin Humes; grandchildren: Dylan, Cadence, Jarek, Tyler, Dallas, Easton and Victoria Rose. Sherri is also survived by her devoted friend Marilynn Sundbloom, two sisters and two brothers.

Sherri had a great love for animals and spent the past few years training service dogs, and had the opportunity to train her special companion "Roxy". Sherri loved spending time

with her family and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. Sherri's grandchildren will be left with the memory of spending the entire day together with grandma making cookies, playing and taking pictures the day before she returned home to her Father in Heaven.

   Buried at Provo City Cemetery

Sherri was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and served in many callings. She especially enjoyed her calling as a stake missionary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Christena, and her brother Robert Wolsey.

Funeral Services will be held Friday October 20, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Springville 5th Ward, 245 S 600 E. Friends and Family may call Thursday at the Wheeler Mortuary in Springville, 211 E 200 S from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made at any Wells Fargo to the Sherri Wolsey memorial fund.
