June was the sweetest person and would brighten the day for anyone that was around her! I first met June our first day at Dixon Junior High as 7th graders. She was with a group of girls talking and my friend Kent Jorgensen and I went over and introduced ourselves. We were awkward and ridiculous I’m sure, but June was so easy to talk too and made us feel welcome. Throughout our Jr High and High School years, our appreciation for one another as friends was a constant. Having heard of her illness and now her passing, my heart and mind go back to those wonderful days of our youth. She is now young again and free from the earthly challenges she faced. I am grateful for the opportunity of knowing June Nyman and consider her my friend! God Bless.
I worked with June when she was in accounting at a Salt Lake Law firm. She was always kind to me, loved to talk to her and enjoyed her humor. She is a good lady and will be missed. My condolences to her family.
