Richard Frank Williams, 49, passed away October 8, 2012. A memorial service will be held Saturday October 13, 2012 at the LDS Chapel 1100 South 250 West, Salem, UT.

Richard was born March 28, 1963, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Clearance Frank and Karilyn Williams. His father was a Professor at BYU and his mother was a secretary at Canyon Crest Elementary School in Provo. He lived in Provo most of his life.

Richard graduated from Timpview High School in 1981. He then continued his education at Weber State University. He met Kerrie Davis in September 1984, and they were married December 8, 1984 in the Salt Lake City Temple. They spent most of their marriage living in Spanish Fork, Utah. At this time Richard was a Software Engineer for Novell in Provo, Utah. In 2005 they moved to Salem, Utah and in 2007 Richard Starting working at Lumension Security, where he finished out his career.

Richard was a member of the LDS church, co-creator of the Bilge Rats Facebook game, loved biking, and enjoyed Jeeping in Moab.

Richard is survived by his wife, Kerrie Williams, his 4 daughters; Kristina Williams, Kimberly Williams, Kellie Williams- Hunsaker, and Kaylynn Williams. He is also survived by his parents Frank and Karilyn Williams and his siblings; Clinton Williams, Mary Williams, and Christopher Williams.
