Christian Louis "Chris" Weaver, affectionately known as Lumpy passed away at age 51, on Nov. 3, 1999. Husband of Mary Weaver of the family home and father of Donald (Elizabeth) Weaver, Andrew Weaver and Jennifer Weaver, all of Denver. Son of Frances Weaver, Pueblo; and brother of Allison (Roger) Swift, Humble, Texas, Ross (Judy) Weaver, Pueblo, and Matthew (Sherry) Weaver of Walsenburg. Son-in-law of James and Ethel Cook, Grants Pass, Ore. Also survived by numerous nieces; nephews; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; aunts and uncles. He was a friend of Bill W for 24 years. Chris was predeceased by his father, Dr. John Weaver. Member of Ascension Episcopal Church, the Pacaderym Club and the Pueblo Urban Renewal Authority. Upon graduation from USC in 1978 he went to work for the accounting firm of McDonald, Halbig. He and Mary opened their own accounting practice in 1985 and maintained the business for 10 years. He entered the stock brokerage business after his term on City Council, working first for Smith Barney, then Everen Securities and most recently, Centennial Bank in Blende. Cremation.

Chris passed away November 3rd, 1999. He served on City Council and held a seat as a County Commissioner. He truly loved Pueblo.
