Phil Setter, of Colorado Springs, passed away at St. Francis Medical Center on Dec. 16, 2008. Phillip was born on Sept. 6, 1948, to Urban and Phyllis Setter in Pueblo, Colo. After college graduation, Phillip worked as an administrator for the Department of Human Services for several years. On Aug. 1, 1969, Phil married Susie Galli, and together had two children. When not working, Phillip enjoyed stamp and coin collecting and also became fond of genealogy. Phil is survived by his loving wife, Susie; two children, Michelle (Ronald) Martin and Chris (Decorah) Setter; parents, Urban and Phyllis; two brothers, Alan (Sharon) and David (Della); one sister, Theresa (Don) Freeman; four sisters-in-law, Margaret (Mike) Baker, Carolyn (Gary) Baker, Ellen (Lee) Morey and Mary Bailey (Mitch Robinson); one brother-in-law, Louie Galli; three grandchildren, Tyler and Jared Martin and Isidonia Setter; as well as several nieces, nephews and friends
