Nov. 18, 1948-March 25, 2005 Phillip Tortessi, 56, of Vista, California, died Friday. He was born in Pueblo, Colo., and was a software developer for Productive Computing. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Vineyard Church. Survivors include his brother, Thomas Tortessi of Boise, Idaho.
