I think her DOB was 12.4.1966. I don't think I can ever count the fun times we had...belching into Richard's reel-to-reel and playing it back, Diaperene Diaper Clean in 7th grade (the mixed Undeen/ Stewart class), not watching a single film in Downey's class (too busy sticking gum in each other's hair - and everyone else's), and her pulling my skirt down in science class when I was new to the school - I can never remember that teacher's name. We would lose touch for years and then when we reconnected, it was just weird how our lives had paralleled. I always LOVED her always-perfect blonde hair and how easy she could laugh...scary, some of the stuff we both thought was funny.
I was not able to attend her funeral but heard it was HUGE - which just tells you how well she was liked and loved - and how much she will always be missed. Never passed up the opportunit to look her up when I came back to visit, just to see how she was doing. Last time I saw her, she did my nails for my sister's wedding. Bad time in my life, and she reminded me not to sweat the small stuff.
She became a business owner in Coldwater and was a very successful billiards player, winning in local leages and out-of-state leagues alike. She ALWAYS whipped my *ss at pool. She would be a grandma today, her youngest child, Taylor, just gave birth to a baby girl at the end of March. I still hear from Tory from time to time and glad to hear he's doing well.
I'll probably add more later...lots to tell and I still can't believe she's gone. Here's to you LaNean, mother of four, wife of Marvin, daughter, sister...friend.
