Frank M. Falcetta

Francis (Frank) M. Falcetta passed away at his home in Brookhaven, Georgia, on April 16, 2025. Frank is survived by his beloved son, Marco Li-Falcetta of Atlanta, Georgia. 

Born in Boston on March 29, 1947, Frank was the son of the late Madeline and Dominic Falcetta. He was one of eight children and is survived by all of his siblings: Nicholas Falcetta (Hull),  Rosanna Bradley (Marshfield) Elizabeth Saville (Brockton) Madeline Falcetta Merino (Dedham),  Dominic Falcetta (Brockton),  Marie Jankord (Pembroke)  Rita Melanson  (Marshfield), numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Frank lived in many different places, including Wollaston, Lowell, Hudson, and Lexington, Massachusetts, and Brookhaven, Georgia.

Frank graduated from North Quincy High School in 1964 and then went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1968 and his Master of Business Administration in 1969 from Suffolk University. His studies led him to a lifelong career in education and consulting, with various roles over the years at Middlesex Community College, Boston University,Georgia Perimeter College, , and numerous other institutions.

In addition to his professional employment, Frank achieved significant milestones throughout his life. Among the many, a few include earning three Fulbright Awards, consulting with foreign ministries of education, frequent speaking engagements at national and international conferences and seminars, and managing programs that foster community development for various populations.

Frank enjoyed traveling the globe - he had visited all seven continents, more than 25 nations, and was working his way through traveling to all 50 U.S. states. He was an avid Boston sports fan, particularly fond of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. Frank enjoyed cooking and hosting dinner parties, listening to jazz and opera, and attending the cinema. He was well-traveled, knowledgeable on a vast number of subjects, and so loved. Frank will be missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. Funeral Services are private.
