Obituary for Donald Bielefeld
Donald Lee Bielefeld, 50, of Caledonia, rode away on us to the Big Clubhouse in the sky on Saturday, September 24, 2011, in Waukesha.
Born on March 30, 1961, in Milwaukee, he was the son of Delores and David Filkins, Sr. He was raised in Caledonia.
He proudly served in the United States Navy.
Most recently Don was employed as a Mill Rite Mechanic by Catepillar for over eight years.
Don aka "Caveman" was a highly respected and cherished member of the Black Pistons Motorcycle Club. He will be dearly missed by all the brothers of the Black and White Nation. He was also a member of the USW 1343. He was into rockin and rollin and ridin his bike like he stole it. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and the outdoors.
Don is survived by his wife, Angie Pierotti of Caledonia; his two children, Bethany Bielefeld and Jonathan Bielefeld, both of Caledonia; three sisters, Michele (John) Keefe of Chesapeake, VA, Lisa (Kris) Johnson of Waukesha, WI, and Suzie Bielefeld of Phoenix, AZ; three brothers, David Filkins, Jr. of Sturtevant, Dean (Jennifer) Filkins of Mobile, AL, and Tommy (Sue) Bielefeld of Hixton, WI; and also many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 1st, at Proko Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. and on Monday, October 3rd, at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Park in Union Grove. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated.
