William Edward 'Bill' Mahoney RACINE William Edward 'Bill' Mahoney, 54, passed away at Woodstock Health and Rehabilitation Center on Thursday, April 30, 1998. Bill was born in Racine on January 28, 1944, son of Willis II. and Shirley td. (nee: Vogelman) Mahoney. On August I, 1964, in Sturtevant, he was united In marriage to Matrilyn M. Winterie. He was a member of St. Paul The Apostle Catholic Church, J I. Case "20 Year Club," Case Coif League, Dartball League, National Uifle Association, and Southeastern Cancer Society. BUI was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting, fishing, golfing:, and camping. He was a Coach for 10 years for the Pee Wee and Old Timer Leagues, Survivors Include his loving and devoted wife, Marilyn; and children, William (Sharon) Mahoney of Racine, Edward (Cherylene) Mahoney of Black River Falls, Carrie (Pete) Ydunate of Racine, Andrew (fiancee, Patti Degen) Mahoney of Racine, and Thomas (Joy) Mahoney of NapervUle, 111.; nine grandchildren, Autumn, Monica and Brittany Mahoney, Katlyn, Marlah, and Amanda Mahoney, C'Ann and Collin Ydunate, and Dillon Mahoney; his parents, Willis II. and Shirley M. Mahoney of St. Germain; brothers and sisters, Sharon Nelson of Kenosha, James (Joy) Mahoney of Racine, Ralph (Sharon) Mahoney of Roskoe, 111., Jan (Brian) Mumm of Racine, Margaret Abernathy of Racine, and John (Debbie) Mahoney of Racine; mother-in-law, llertha Winterie of Racine; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Bill (Jackie) Winterie, Leonard Winterie, and Judy (Tim) Goltz, all of Racine; special friends, Kip and Tina Frayer; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Bill was preceded in death by his grandson, Andrew; and father-in-law, Leonard Winterie. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, May 4, 1998, at 7 p.m. with Rev. William E. Cox officiating. Private interment will be held. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 5 p.m. until time of service.
