I went to Peace College and East Carolina. Worked for the Probation Commission, Wake County Public Schools and NCSU for 30 years. Retired. Divorced after being married for 30 years. My oldest son Charles was murdered in his home in August 2002. I have a wonderful son David, his wife Jessica and two absolutely beautiful, smart, well behaved grandsons. Can't tell I am a prejudiced grandmother!? I survived an aortal dissection three years ago. Only one in five live through that. Am on oxygen 24/7 but still get around as much as I can. I am very lucky that I have a wonderful group of friends that help me so much.
