Frank Thomas Kapturowski Jr., 58, passed away Nov. 27, 2000, in a Virginia Beach hospital. Frank was the son of the late Frank Kapturowski and Josephine Doyle Creech. His daughter, Jessica Reighly Kapturowski, also predeceased him. Frank was a loving husband and friend. He always went out of his way to lend a hand to anyone.  He was an avid supporter and volunteer of ``Clean the Bay Day.'' Survivors include his wife, Tammy T. Kapturowski; in-laws, Beverly and Frank Macek; father-in-law, Thomas Taylor; grandmother, Ruby Taylor, all of Virginia Beach; a brother-in-law, Rick Culpepper; a niece, Theresa Lynn Culpepper, both of Richmond; aunt and uncle, T.A. and Doris Medlin of Raleigh, N.C.; a sister-in-law, Terri Culpepper of Florida; and numerous half-brothers and half-sisters in New York. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. Joyce Kramer of Unity Church of Tidewater. The family will receive friends at their residence following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Heart Association.  (29 Nov 2000, The Virginian-Pilot.)
