Raleigh, North Carolina - Victor Lee Utter II, 79, of Raleigh, NC passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 13, 2022. He was a graduate of Needham B. Broughton High School and Guilford College. He was predeceased by his mother Josephine A. Utter and father, Victor L. Utter. He is succeeded by siblings Herbert A. Utter (Cindy) and JoAnn Cox (Tom).
He is survived by his four children Kara U. Sloan (Scott), Kristy U. Coughlin (Billy), Williams R. Utter (Brittany), and J. Lee Utter and eight grandchildren Hannah B. Sloan, Henry C. Sloan, Richard E. Sloan, Cameron J. Coughlin, Cooper B. Coughlin, W. Casey Coughlin, Reilly E. Utter, and Harrison W. Utter.
Funeral services will be held at Monlawn Cemetery at a later date.
