Larry was a dear friend at Broughton and up to the year he passed. We listened to music together, my band rehearsed where helived on Turner AStreet and we enjoyed a graduation night so spectacular, I'm unable to describe it a public forum. In later years, we saw many bands together and he was a special recurring guest at my annual Orphan Thanksgiving Feast. I guess that means a pound less of mashed potatoes this year, but we'll toast him in abstentia for all the good laughs, great hugs and tie-dye art. He was an original and I'm so glad for the friendship we shared.
