CLAYTON -- Paul Darrell Norris, 56, of 1323 Indian Camp Road, died Monday morning November 18, 2002 from injuries sustained in a automobile accident. He was born in Wake County son of Paul T. Norris and the late Evelyn O'Connell Norris.

He was a veteran in the US Navy where he retired after 27 1/2 years of service and was presently employed with Wackenhut Security in Morrisville as a trainer.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2002 in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home in Wake Forest with the Rev. Debbie Wells and Rev. Dave Finley officiating.

Mr. Norris is survived by his wife, Linda Henderick Norris; daughters, Donna A. DiMambro and her husband, Mark of Angier, Kelly Norris of Spring Lake; a son, Sean Norris and his wife, Kelly of Louisburg; father, Paul T. Norris and his wife, Hilda of Sparta, NC; brother, Thomas W. Norris and his wife, Anna of Charleston, SC; three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the the Christian Norris Medical Fund c/o Linda H. Norris, 1323 Indian Camp Road, Clayton, NC 27520.
