Anthony Talarico - Class Of 1968

 

                                                                            

 

 

Anthony N. "Rock" Talarico, age 65, of Elverson, passed away on September 1, 2015, in the Pottstown Hospital. Born on June 23, 1950, he was the son of the late Anthony Talarico and Marie (Ernesto) Talarico. He was a 1968 graduate of Holy Name High School.

Anthony was a US Navy veteran, serving on the USS Tripoli during the Vietnam war. He was a member of the Community Evangelical Free Church in Elverson. Anthony was an entertainer, musician, recording artist, carpenter and avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt and fish and enjoyed camping in the Poconos, where he was a white water rafting guide for many years.

He was also an animal lover. He managed the TNT Talent agency in the Poconos and traveled extensively entertaining at jamborees, local clubs and resorts. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Talarico-Beerman, wife of Kevin, Lancaster; and 3 brothers: Steve, husband of Kathy, of Wyomissing; Jim, of Reading; and David, husband of Trish, of Mohnton; and 12 nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 4th, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Community Evangelical Free Church at 52 South Brick Lane, Elverson; followed by a memorial service from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and a social gathering until 6:00 p.m. at the church. Interment services are being handled privately by the family. The Stanton Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., Honey Brook, is in charge of arrangements.
