I feel bad about Jim.  He and I were friends in high school but sadly, I think Jim was one of those  "invisible" people for much of his life. He always seemed to be on the periphery of whatever was going on. It was like he desperately wanted to be "accepted" but never really felt he was.

I heard that Jim was working construction in Colorado when he injured his back and had to have surgery. Apparently he was recuperating at home when he died. (I think I heard that he fell in the bath tub). The sad part is that apparently he died alone and wasn't discovered until three days after his death. I believe he was in his early 20s at the time. (THIS IS THIRD HAND INFORMATION FROM HIS BROTHER SO I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ACCURATE THIS INFORMATION REALLY IS so, if anybody has more reliable information, I'd love to be corrected.)

I wanted to post this because Jim was my friend and I wanted his life and death to be acknowledged.
