The following information was provided by our fellow classmate, Ralph Norman:

David Ray (Dee) Maxwell December 2, 1942-July 4, 2013 David passed away as a result of throat cancer. He is survived by his wife, Mary, and two daughters, Theresa and Christine. At the time of David's death, he and Mary lived in San Benito, TX. David played guitar and sang in several bands following graduation from RHS. Music was one of his passions, and he played in the Elks Lodge Band until his death. His other passions were fishing, boating and just being near the water. Prior to living in San Benito, David lived in Harlingen, Richardson, Garland and Phoenix, AZ. He was a skilled carpenter and pursued that as a livelihood. No obituary was published. Information was furnished by David's daughter, Theresa and Pat Moore (Hayton).
