Our resident class super-sleuth, Ralph Norman, has discovered the following obituary for our classmate, Bob Montgomery, which appeared in 2015.  If any of you have memories of Bob, please record them below for all of us to share.

Robert "Bob" F. Montgomery (August 8, 1944-October 9, 2015) passed away at Texoma Medical Center. He was born to Robert and Marion Montgomery in El Dorado, KS. Following graduation from Richardson High School in 1962, Bob attended TexasTech University where he graduated with a degree in Industrial Management. He went to work for Texas Instruments where he spent the next thirty-four years as a journeyman machinist and industrial manager until his retirement in 2000. In 1984 Bob married Carolyn Ivey and they had four children. In 1982 Bob and Carolyn moved to Sherman, TX where they became active in the community. He served on the boards of the Rehabilitation Center, the American Red Cross, Home Hospice, Sherman Community Player and Habitat for Humanity. Bob was survived by his wife, Carolyn; his four children, Robert, Kimberley, Jane and Elizabeth; and, his sister, Mary (RHS1970) His brother, David, (RHS 1963) also passed away in 2015. Funeral arrangements were handled by Waldo Funeral Home, Sherman, TX. Services were at Grace United Methodist Church in Sherman.
