Ticket Questions
Posted Friday, May 14, 2010 07:29 AM

Just a few quick questions about the tickets. It is not mentioned but I would guess the price is for one ticket and a ticket is good for one individual. So for a couple we would be purchasing two tickets for the events?

Also for the family picnic are tickets needed for children and what age range would they not be needed. Just trying to figure some things out ahead of time? Thank you.

You are correct - each ticket purchase is for one person.

Regarding children and the lunch - the price is per plate. The ticket for Saturday is to go through the food line. I know my child will not eat a whole plate - and I will probably just pick her up a happy meal, so I won't buy a ticket for her.

So if the picnic tickets are simply for the food, would we be able to just come by and hang out and not partake of the food? I assume there will be other events of some sort going on. I sure do miss hanging out at Howard Amon Park.

there's no mention of tickets for lunch on the reunion link... are we speaking of the luau?

Joe-

There are no tickets for Saturday picnic in the park because it is a "bring your own food picnic. The Saturday Night Luau is $57 each and includes full dinner at the Shilo Inn.

Does this answer your question?

Yeah, I was just a little confused based on your reply here... talking about price per plate for lunch.

So if we can come to the luau Sat and just visit (or eat if we pay) that clears up everything/

Satuday Daytime Picnic (10:30 AM - 1PM) is a bring your own. No fees, no tickets. Free. In Howard Amon Park. Main Entrance off of Lee (Hopefully somewhere by the play structure - there will be a sign)

Saturday Night Luau (7:00PM) is $57 each, full dinner, catered by the Shilo Inn. You cannot come without a purchased ticket.

OK I get your question now. Sorry. Originally we were going to have a catered lunch, but not many tickets were purchased, so we switched it to a bring your own food and no catering to avoid costs.
