TART Charles E. (Bow Wee) Tart Jr. departed his life August 25, 2006 at his home in Highland Springs, Va. Charles leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife, Sondra K. Tart; one daughter, Aja M. Tart; two sons, Kyleec and Charles E. Tart III; his parents, Charles E. Tart Sr. and Alice V. Tart; five sisters, Jestine, Sandria, Charnada, Irish and Shawn; mother-in-law, Doris C. Christian and the late Bernard M. Christian Sr.; one brother-in-law, Bernard M. Christian Jr.; two sisters-in-law, LaVerne Bryant (Thomas) and Brandey Lemmons-Blunt (Steven); a host of aunts, nieces and nephews; one devoted nephew, Byron C. Archer Jr.; other relatives and friends; two devoted friends, Dennis (Pooh) Lee and Primus (Promise) Jones.
