I don't know how I missed it but I just found out that Sandy passed away last December. We were close back at Brooklyn and Hermitage. She was so much fun, and even though I have not seen her for decades, I will still miss my old buddy.crying

 Catherine,

We just learned from Ruthie Hurley Ponder this week that Sandra had passed; so it just got posted and you did not miss it; i guesd you saw that Bobby Haab passed a little more than a week ago; his funeral was Tuesday. Hope you are well. Take care. Ann Lee Davis

TAYLOR, Sandra Miller, of Richmond, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. She was born Sandra Jean Miller on July 28, 1954, in Richmond, to Melvin and Mildred Miller. She had an older brother, Butch, whom she adored. She graduated from Hermitage High School in 1971 and J. Sargeant Reynolds Nursing School in 1991. Her love for Jesus gave her a love for helping people, and her generosity and caring spirit will always be remembered by the countless people whose lives she touched. She loved her family more than life itself and she is survived by her husband, Michael E. Taylor of Richmond; sons, Greg Taylor and his wife, Gena and Eric Taylor, all of Lynchburg, Va.; daughters, Nicole Horton and her husband, Ryan and Sara Tomblin and her husband, Bubba, all of Richmond; and her sister-in-law, Patti Miller of Florida. She was lovingly known as "Nanny" by her four grandchildren, Clayton, Jaxson, Olivia and Miller, whom she loved with all her heart. She will be missed dearly, but we rejoice in knowing we will see her again. The family will receive friends at Community of Grace Church, 2240 Cranbeck Road, from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and where a memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
