Bill, and his brother George, moved to Huguenot from Va. Beach.  By Jr./Sr. year, Bill was an important part of HHS.  Part of Bill's charm was the fact that he never belonged to just one social group, he embraced everyone at Huguenot and I was lucky enough to be included in his large circle of friends.

Bill may be best known for his unique art work and  inspirational quotes that adorned the water tower at HHS.  While there were many groups who braved the long and dangerous climb ( not to mention trying to sneak past "Tiny" the janitor ) Bill was usually the one constant.

Bill's maroon Camarro could usually be found somewhere near Farmer John's Market or Shoney's Drive-Thru on any given  Friday or Saturday night.  He and his car could also be found at the Plaza Drive-In on many occasions ( I forget just how many people we could sneak through inside his trunk ).

When Karen and I reflect on our wonderful years at HHS, we are constantly reminded of just how many times Bill Andrews is  part of those memories.  We will miss him.
