HARVEY, KenW., 62, of Henrico, passed away December 18, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Ethel Harvey, and daughter, Tammy. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Harvey; six children, Bobby, Johnny, Shari Harvey, Ronald Shearl, Regina Fleming and Robert Collins; sister, Marjorie Merritt; brother, Jerry; 13 grandchildren. He is the World's best dad and welder. His remains rest at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., where the family will receive friends 2 to 4, 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m Monday, and where services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
