HEIT, James L. "Jimmy," 69, of Henrico, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2017. He was a foreman and master machinist at Reynolds Metals. He enjoyed drag racing and was a member of the Dead End Gang. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Heit; and is survived by his children, Danny Heit (Kay), Angela Heit, Ann Lorene Heit and Tabatha Ann Heit; grandchildren, Abbygail, Sarah, Michael, Eric and Evan; sister, Barbara Henley; and nieces, Neila, Rachel and Victoria. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 27, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231. Services will be private.
