DRUDGE, Stuart R., 71, passed away May 1, 2018. Stuart was a welder for G.D Package Machinery until his retirement in 2008. He was predeceased by his parents, Ann and Richard Drudge; his brother, David; and his sister, Leslie. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; two sons, John Drudge and Chip Ryals; two precious grandchildren, Jacob and Andrea; along with many other relatives. Stuart had a love for dirt track racing; he was pleased to be associated with the Polevoy Racing team and very proud of Joey Polevoy for his talents and accomplishments. A memorial service will be held at First English Lutheran Church, 1603 Monument Ave., Richmond, Va., Sunday, May 20, at 4 p.m. The family invites you to join them in the Fellowship Hall following the service for Stuart's favorite treat, hot dogs and Diet Dr. Pepper. In lieu of flowers, take time to do something good for others because you never know what tomorrow will bring.
