Carolyn passed away on January 25, 2014, after a lengthy illness.  She lived in Ashland and was survived by her husband Ronnie Davis, her daughter Lore, her son Ronnie, Jr., her grandchildren: Rylee, Zachary and Will, her mother Lore Gill, and her brother Donnie Gill.  Carolyn is buried in Kenwood Methodist Church Cemetery, Elmont, Hanover County, VA.
