John Haven Moore, 73, of Captain Cook, Kona, Hawaii, died on January 20, 2023, in Kohala Hospital, Kapaau, HI, as the result of injuries he suffered in a surfing accident.  He is survived by his son, Jonaven Moore of Sooke, British Columbia, Canada.
