Dr. Nancy Eades Davis passed away in Mathews, VA, on January 29, 2001, after a lengthy illness. She was survived by her husband James and is buried in Church of the Visitation Catholic Church Cemetery, Topping, Middlesex County, VA. Nancy was 51.
Nancy and I were in Y-Teens Triangle II together. We attended Girls' State and on the bus ride to Radford College she shared with me her love of trees. She considered them to have almost human-like characteristics. Her imagery has stuck with me after all these years.
A true and genuine friend, she died way too young.
