Linda was the widow of William R. Johnson.  She was survived by her two sons Joseph C. Johnson and his wife Amy and Keith M. Johnson, by her mother Gertrude Gibson, by her sister Susan Washington, and by two granddaughters Jayme and Sara Johnson. Linda passed away on August 5, 2006, and is buried beside her husband in Signal Hill Memorial Park in Hanover County, VA.
